Problem with window regulator

So, I got this problem with the rollers of the driver side front window regulator. I've got a new pair of rollers and proceeded to put them on. The window goes up but when it comes down, the regulator's arm on the left pops out of the roller.
What could be wrong? I triple-checked that the window was properly engaged, it goes all the way up correctly. It seems there is too much pressure.
Anyone has any idea?
Thanks in advance!
