I'm having the same problem, but driver's front only. Research says 2 possible causes: sunroof drains clogged, or A/C drains clogged. Since it's in the back I'd start by blowing out your rear sunroof drains. Someone had posted a pic of the drain locations underneath, but I haven't been able to find the image. Drain hoses in the front go down the A pillar, I believe the rears go down the C pillar.
A/C drains can be accessed by pulling back the carpeting on the sides of the center tunnel on each side (as if you were going to replace the cabin filter), disconnecting and shoot air both ways. They drain out the floor just in front of the seats, about 8-10" from the edge of the car. You'll see a rubber tube from underneath.
I can't find where the water is coming in on mine- I've pulled the cowl (no blockages), cabin filter (completely dry), blown out the front sunroof drains and a/c drains (no debris or water), still need to get to the rear sunroof. Headliner and A pillar trim are both dry. I'm going to blow out the rear sunroof drains and pour water in the sunroof, then spray water on the windshield and see what happens.
