In general, the heater bypass valve is known to fail approximately 60-70K.
Also DICs, in general, seem to have a life expectancy of 40-70K depending on the make.
Body integrity: on each rear quarter panel, at the front, bottom of wheel where it meets the rocker panel.passenger door, they tend to rust out...(if you live in snowey/salt climate in winters). Holes develop to about 2-4 inches in size. Had mine repaired about 2 years ago, cost was about $500-600. The guy welded new steel section.
Service records would help immensely, it will save you the 'shot gun' approach to the usual maintenance items.
My personal experience:
Front seat heaters
DIC
O2 sensor ( one of mine died about 80K)
Trunk cable breakage/repair (the stretch where it exits the body to where it enters the trunk)
xenon light bulbs seem to last about 50-60K (look for flickering)
serpentine belt and especially the idler pulley (life is about 40-50K for pulley)
Other than the usual maintenance, from my perspective, there are no major weak spots (IDK about the auto tranny, I've owned sticks)
I am handing over our 2004 (117K) to our son, and am currently going through a major fluid replacement (brake, clutch, antifreeze) and cooling system overhaul (water pump, tc, rad hoses, heater bypass valve and temp sensor), DIC replacement(70K on DIC) and plugs (30K). All of these are original (cept plugs n DIC), still functioning, but I want to eliminate potential problems (within reason) before he gets the car.
I am buying the parts, doing work myself on my terms, before they die an leave him stranded.
After owning 4 saabs, on the average of 11-12 years of life, the current 2004 lived up to the sturdiness & longevity everyone talks about (my others were not impressive, well, the 9000CS was pretty good but suspension was hard as steel beams).
good luck
