Roger's advice is good - he listed the 4 critical things. And having fuel is not enough if the pressure is too low - I recently had a brand new pump that provided fuel, but at too low a pressure to work. There are a lot of gaps in your description: 1) You have fuel, but enough pressure? 2) Any codes thrown ? 3) Has CPS been ruled out? 4) Exhaust restricted? 5) Gas is good and proper blend?
When I do my own work and have an issue, I usually review the last thing that I did. Was the TB replacement a new one, rebuilt, or used? Is it certain the 'new' TB is good?
Wish you well on this. Good to check back as you have more info.
