OK if my memory serves the key points are the spring, the rubber spring seat at the top and the mounting points at the top. We actually have an 08 wagon here at the shop we can fiddle around with. I'd worry about using a poly bushing because it will get pounded out faster than a stock rubber bushing and probably be noisy to start. I wonder if we could machine a delryn seat for the spring to ride on at the top and whether that would cause a noise issue. I will check it out.
