Silicone sprays - careful with these. This one you cited has hydrocarbon, ketone, and chlorinated solvents to keep the silicone grease dissolved (they are higher in concentration than the silicone by about 4X - check the online safety data sheet). These may soak into rubber parts and cause trouble over time, so read the labels carefully. Then I would only grease one bushing at a time to decide which ones are culprits. Poly bushings are great for stiffness, but they are common squeak sources.
If you have a known issue like the control arm bushing, and it's workable, I try to fix what I know is wrong so I can diagnose what remains. It often works out better for my budget that way too, but sometimes I get to do the same prep work twice . . .
