Caliper bracket, land wear

I'm in the middle of changing the rear pads and rotors on my 9-5. The bracket lands are pretty worn, especially the upper ones. The wear is toward the inner positions where the pads live much of their life. Car has 143K. Is such wear normal or did something bind somehow? When I test slide a pad, it tends to bind at the deepest wear point. Of course, I can't test the new pad as it's too thick.
Options if I need new parts:
- Install new pads and rotors and do something later or wait and put the old pads back for now. I'm at less than 4mm on the outer pad, but more on the inner.
- Get just the bracket or rebuilt calipers? Are the Nastra ones good? I included a photo of the piston (not great focus from my cell cam) in case that informs what I should do.
So much for getting this done in this warmer weather.
