You can try squirting a lock lubricant such as Lock-Eze into the cylinder by getting the nozzle tube tight against the side of the key so the lube will seep down into the cylinder.
DO NOT use WD40 or any lubricant not designed expressly for locks. WD40 is great for may tings but in locks it will dissolve/displace all other lubes, then evaporate, leaving the lock completely dry of all lubricants.
