Hey there.
I snapped a mid-mount and a front mount subframe bolt just a few months ago. I ended up drilling them out for hours (not fun) and then having custom replacements made from t-slot nuts. Nice tool steel.
Anyway - I didn't have to do one of the rears, but you should be able to sneak one in there via an access hole. It looks really hard for the rear mount compared to the mid and front mount though, from what I remember.
