Because that u tube video was a huge smash, everybody and their brother seen it. So it stands to reason these guys would still a screen shot.

While in the real video it's a turbo gone south making the car smoke. The owner of the car is a car sales man and the car is supposedly on it way to the mechanic. But the car salesman enjoyed the extra attention he getting with the cloud so he films a u tube video and then drives the car around for 5 to 10 min. Laughing and smiling waving at people.

Was about a year or more that the video went viral. This Website that stole a screen shot of it got it wrong calling it a blowen head gasket .. But I suppose everyone can relate to that ..' Blowen turbo ' not so much
