What Tom & Gene said -- mine was replaced in January 2015, and is also a 2003 (but a V6). I would have replacement flange kits and bolts on hand if I were DIY-ing it.
Also, wasn't clear from your post if the replacement is Genuine Saab, or just what you are taking out. If you search the board, you'll see that people have had very mixed results with aftermarket CATs throwing codes after replacement. The consensus seems to be to try to use OEM to avoid that. I was lucky to find a new one last year at the former dealer near work.
