any idea which part of the car the smell is coming from? Usually the passenger front is the culprit.. (heater core leaks, etc.. find there way).. so I would start by lifting the front section of the carpet . to see if that's the source of the smell.. and see if there is still any dampness there.. If so .. then track that leak down, and try a dehumidifier inside the car with window slightly cracked to see if that helps..
Is the odor possibly coming via the vent? If so.. remove the cabin filter and try hitting the chamber with some Lysol.. and do the same from the exhaust side of the vents as well to see if that helps..
You really need to zero in on the exact location of the odor before you can address it..
