The one on this 2004 has been leaking for 1.5 years - but only enough to loose pressure, leaving the tank near the bottom but not enough to cause a problem driving really - as long as it held water - antifreeze on the hwy caused it to spit everything out, then I refilled with water and it was somewhat happy, except even distilled water couldn't fully prevent some rust from showing up (may have gotten some tap in there) -
finally decided to tackle it by putting Bar's leaks radiator treatment and it kept it from leaking as much, building pressure - now it has blown the driver's side from the new pressure...
So fixing the leak caused the radiator to fail
