When did this program begin? To the best of my knowledge, it has been around for at least November (when I first starting looking at SAABs). I never thought much about it, however. Well, I bought my [pre-owned] 2001 on Feb. 1st 2002, only with the regular factory warranty and 16k miles.

After talking a co-worker into test driving a 9-5, she bought a pre-owned 1999 with 38kmiles, however it came with the 72 months/100k mile bumper-bumper warranty. WHY DIDN'T MINE HAVE THIS?? I'm a little pissed about it. My car- 2 years newer with 22k miles less, doesn't get certified?? Whats the story on this?

Is there anyway I can get this warranty without paying for it? (b/c it comes standard when you buy pre-owned certified). Or do I stand wrong?
