Hi all,
My 01 9-5 Aero Wagon 5MT has an unhealthy motor.
I was lucky enough to pick up a nearly identical 01 Aero Wagon (with AT, though) that had been wrecked to use as a longblock donor.



What parts should I keep as spares? My car (Waagen) has 125k, and the donor car (DonorWaagen) has 137k miles.


HK speakers + sub
Heated seat switches
Badges (not sun faded!)
Blend door arms + motors
Sunroof deflector/clips/assembly

What about hubs, wheel bearings, halfshafts, or things like that? What things are hard to replace? I'm sure there's other things I'm forgetting.

Alternatively, what things would be useful to keep and sell?
Lock, immo, and key sets? Aero brakes?
