I'll try to help if I can:
I have my "spare" trunk harness that I repaired from my 2000 sedan in front of me. I had multiple damaged wires when I repaired it but I did not have any broken wires so I was able to flag each wire and put it back together correctly.
Looking at the large connector that plugs in by the tail light, I see there are 2 solid green wires that are under a common pin, a third solid green that is by itself, a green with white stripe by itself, and a green with grey stripe that is by itself.
I assume you've crossed one of the solid green wires.
The solid green wire that is by itself goes to the green connector with a solid black wire.
The 2 solid green wires that are under a common terminal go to 2 different connectors, 1 goes to the connector closest to the plastic "elbow", it is with a solid black wire and a brown/white wire (looks brown, may be pink). The other solid green goes to an identical connector at the end of the wiring harness with the same color wires as the first.
If you need more help let me know.
