AC low pressure port

I've read a bunch of posts on recharging the AC with refrigerant, various 9-5 models, and I keep seeing "you'll need to pull the passenger headlight to access the low pressure port". I've looked my car over ('02 9-5 aero s/w, 2.3 manual) and on the pass. Side front of the engine bay, I've located two ports, one is labeled evac &has a blue cap, the other has a black cap with no lable, they are both right out in the open and easy to get to. Is the port with the black cap the refill port? Thanks for you help.
