Hello folks,
My 2001 Aero 5MT recently sat for ~8 months while I replaced the head gasket.
Upon putting it back together, I get persistent misfires at higher throttle positions.
At low loads, it appears to work okay.
In neutral, if you give the car throttle, it won't rev very high (<4k IIRC) and the CEL starts flashing (P1300 Random Misfire).
In 2nd if you give the car significant throttle the boost gauge pegs into the red, the car violently jerks back and forth, and then stalls.

The plugs and DI were replaced <3k miles ago, and according to TechII the misfires count up on all cylinders.
I don't actually know if the car is producing any boost; I cant hear the turbo spooling.
It ran well before I took it all apart, so I'm wondering if theres anything obvious I might have mis-plugged. Alternatively, maybe something seized from being inactive for 8 months.
I applied pressure to the wastegate and it actuated at .45bar like the WIS says.
Are there any values on the TechII I should check to help diagnose? Does the MAP value indicate boost?
Any other advice would be appreciated.
