I accidentally bumped into my gas door when it was open and must have deformed something... now it won't open with the button unless I whack it and then push the button again... so what I learned is when I close it, I give it a second whack so next time it will open with the button just like it always did! 2004 9-5
Now the stupid thing is it has become such a habit that I inadvertently do the same whack whack to close the gas door on my 1989 c900... ha! no buttons required!
