I have to say for a 15 year old car my 9-5 is in really good shape. The body and interior has weathered the storm very well. Over the years I have not spent a lot on repairs at all. Right now I need to throw probably $2k into the car, and many folks would shy away at that kind of expense, but when I am done the car will be rock solid.
By the way I will be looking at the b4 bilstiens. I was thinking about getting the eeuroparts kits and doing it myself, but the costs look about the same as having my mechanic do it and reusing the hardware and springs. I have to do more research.
