Changing the fuel filter on an '04 or '05 at 60,000 miles was probably not that important anyway. The quality of gasoline in the USA has improved so dramatically in the last couple decades.
You mentioned a change in the size of the brakes, 05 to 07. I'm not sure there is such a change. Yours is the Arc and that year, I think the brakes on the Arc and Aero are identical. My two '04 9-5s (one Arc, one Aero) have identical brakes. And there's really noplace for further improvement of the brakes that I know of, unless you take away the option of 16" wheels. Am I mistaken? Anyone?
