I saw the pads that were compared to new ones, and they were worn down to less than one-half inch. Considering the squealing, I figured the pads had gone so I expected to see significant wearing. Was waiting to hear from the dealer about what they would do about situation. They've just now decided to blame me for hard braking as the cause for the excessive wear on the brakes even though they can't find any other incident of pads wearing out after 12,000 km.
