I'm 6'2" as well and I can say that this is one of the few cars I've owned where I don't drive with the seat in the furthest rearward position. Forget about most of the Japanese cars- I'm 4" shorter than you and I don't fit in most of them. I sat in an Oldsmobile Alero with a sunroof the other day and unbeleivably even with the seat all the way down my head still touched the roof! (Not that an Alero would compare to a 9-5 anyways)
What others are saying about the pedals being close together is true as well, I've got size 13 feet and at first I occasionally hit the gas when activating the brake- you learn to avoid this after a bit though. I guess I'll see this winter if I'll be able to wear boots while driving.
I think you wont have any problems with your height in a 9-5
