Here's my experience with some aftermarket parts:
The INA center idler pulley is the same factory Dayco part. You can also buy the same thing in a Dayco box.
Febi tensioners are OEM Dayco tensioners. You can see where the Saab logo and part numbers have been ground off. I believe that INA tensioners are also Dayco products.
Continental bought out Goodyear's rubber belt and hose division, so Continental's new Elite line is just a rebranded Gatorback. Those have always been considered to be about the best belts you can buy, if not the best.
For the upper idler pulley, I've been using the Dayco pulley that Autozone sells, part number 89095. It's about $14.00 and is made in the US with a Canadian-made bearing. It seems like a good pulley and you can't beat the price.
