Mine was always a little low in front, though maybe not as much as you're seeing. My Florida indie adjusted the camber to bring it in spec by elongating a strut mounting hole, their usual method. They tried one of the eccentric camber bolts I brought them first, but couldn't get enough clamping force for it to hold for them. Note that camber bolts feature a reduced diameter thread machined off-center, so you can't torque them as tight as full diameter bolt like the original.
2 points: they elongate the strut holes, not those on the steering knuckle or the strut mounting holes up top, so if anything goes wrong, change the struts and you're back to factory. And they grind only on the side they need to move the camber into spec, so if it does slip, you're back to factory.
