Since I don't have any in my current possession, I can only say that's what I wrote in my notes. BTW, in looking at your table, 5/16" is measured with the ring "closed"; the open dimension is 5/8". I bought my hog rings locally, at a marine supply store. They don't need to be too big, their function is to fasten the seat skins to the foam cushions. Get a couple of differently sized bags and return what you don't need.
Other options are to either reuse the old hog rings (if they are not cut during removal), or use small nylon zip ties instead.
