Here is how I did it.
1. Remove the two grab handles above the rear doors.
2. Remove the center brake light cover. Try not to break the tabs on either side.
3. Remove the two oval headliner trim pieces on ether side of the brake light by rotating 90 degrees and pulling down.
4. Take the rear speaker grills off by removing the push pins behind the seatbacks, prying the grill up and pulling the grill forward. Accept the fact that that you are going to break at least one of the two tabs on the speaker grill. It won't make much of a difference.
5. Using a plastic door tool, pry the C-pillar trim off, starting at the front and working back.
6. Pull the headliner down about 6 inches by releasing it from the door gasket on either side
That should give you plenty of room to get up into the roof from the back and remove the large nut that holds the antenna on the roof. The nut takes a 22mm wrench or pliers to get off. You will have to reuse the nut for the dummy antenna.
Reassembly is the reverse order of the removal instructions. The hardest part is getting the C-plller snaps to line up with pins on the cover. Start from the back and work forward. The pins on the cover have tapered cones that fit into holes next to the snap. I had to use a yard stick to push down on the cones in the back to get them line up. The whole job took about an hour and a half for the first car and an hour for the second.
Good luck!
