I use a small pair of needle nose vise grips to squeeze the sides of the hose connector (squeeze the buttons). Then I use a small pry-tool - looks like a screwdriver with a bent shaft to pry the hose off. The vise grip locks in place and then you can use one hand and the pry tool top pop off the hose. The working room in that area is tight. Don't get too crazy with the vise grips or you'll crush the hose connector and possibly damage the mating part on the oil trap.
