IME they only sag if you overload the vehicle. Which is to say, carry anything at all heavy that fits. As I did before I bought new springs. Bricks? Done it. Floor tile? Done it. Mrs. Jessica's belongings from the basement to her first house? Done it. And after replacing the rear springs (and shocks and bumpers) I used a trailer for carrying heavy stuff.
I have ranted often about how a spring that "sags" (which is to say permanently deforms) at full suspension travel (including compression of the bumpers) is plain flat out incorrectly designed.
Also you need to shim out the rear hub to bring the alignment back to the "non-Aero" specification. I've ranted about this too - The 9-5 suspension relies on camber change on outer side rear wheel compression during turns to help bring the rear end around. Lowering the suspension also induces camber change, unless you change a suspension arm length or move the mounting point. Guess which one GM decided to use. Shimming the rear hub to bring static camber back into spec for a *non-Aero" doesn't change the handling, but it substantially reduces rear tire camber wear.
Front suspension camber can be adjusted by slightly grinding the upper (or lower) strut mounting holes. Elongate on one side only so's the worst that can happen is you're back to "as built."
