Throttle Body and DIC are usually the culprits.. but you should definitely check for disconnected vacuum lines, as suggested. I've had the small line going into the front of the TB disconnect in the past..
Then check the plugs and make sure they haven't worked themselves loose over time (ask me how i know!)...
then I would try cleaning the MAF sensor, maybe throwing some techron concentrate into the fuel tank..
Doesn't hurt to swap in a new fuel filter if you're unsure of how long it's been.. Fuel pump could be an issue as well.. along with CPS sensor...
