Now that you figured out the cooling fan, and rules it out as the solution, have you had the a/c system service?
Having a shop do a proper evacuation and refill to the correct weight of refrigerant can make a big difference. These systems are very sensitive to under and over charges, and really must be filled by weight, not by pressure.
The shop should be able to tell you how much R134a they remove and how much they refill and that will give you a sense of how low or high (if you’ve tried to tip off on your own) the charge might be.
Also pulling and holding a vacuum will help confirm the integrity of the seals and fittings.
