Occasional Low Boost

2008 9-5 wagon, 85k miles. A few months ago, the DI cassette suddenly failed, melting the catalytic. I've replaced:
DI Cassette,
Crank Position sensor,
Downpipe and catalytic (3" Taliaferro)
Turbo bypass valve
Boost pressure control valve
The car drives well, but every couple of weeks, I'll have a day or two where there's not much boost. The gauge will either not go past 1/3-1/2 boost, or boost to red, then right away fall back to 1/3-1/2 boost. I think this happened prior to the DI cassette failing, but honestly, I don't recall. I tossed in a bottle of fuel injector cleaner (Chevron) and cleaned the air mass meter a couple of weeks ago, and it's been pretty good. Then today, it acted up again (the low boost seemed to be worse in higher gears, with 1st-3rd not too bad, but 4th and 5th being worse.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
