I recall the main obstacle there is the rear spring and shock. If you can remove that (5 bolts) then you should have enough clearance for an impact gun and short extension.
If that's not possible, I've had good luck with repeated soaking with Kroil. Over-torquing however isn't the same as corroded in place and in that case an impact or putting the car on a lift and using a LONG breaker bar may be your only alternatives.
