No Neutral after NSS Replacement Posted by fdw201 [Email] (#2066) [Profile/Gallery] (more from fdw201) on Sat, 5 Jan 2019 12:58:47 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Had classic neutral safety switch issues (non start, rowing to get it going) and replaced with a new genuine Saab.
Starts in park and neutral (but see below), reverse lights are working properly.
Only problem is that it's really tricky to get the car into neutral. If you pull down on the gear selector, it engages right before D.
Is this just a switch alignment issue or something else? Is it fine if I wait until the Spring to work the kinks out? Don't want to ruin a new switch!
