BAIC owns the H-engine design package and is the only company in the world still developing the SAAB H-engine. They’ve added variable valve timing to the latest version. Trying to understand why they can’t make a good DI cassette that last more than 9 months. Does anyone have a good experience with the cheap $65 Chinese made DI Cassettes. I really can’t understand how 1992 electronics echnology is beyond them when they makeiPhones, 5G networks and bullet trains. Also, I doubt the BAIC Senovo cars are replacing DI Cassettes every 9 months.
