Rust would kill me. I am from RI and have lived in NY, Quebec, IL IN, so I know rust.
I have a 2000 Aero wagon from NM and NO RUST we are so lucky in the South West.......
I like the old cars. I bought my 2000 Aero stick wagon because I like the purity of design of the older cars, and this was the first year of the Aero.
I like the headlights. Take out the quartz bulbs, put in aftermarket LED, AND bend the little tab on the relay [so you don't get burnt bulb warning] and you have great light with those awful later bulbs.
from 2002 on they started messing with the styling, and then GM started decontenting and cheapening the Saabs. IMHO GM wrecked the 9-5 right up to the end.
END OF RANT!!!
