You will need to remove each front wheel to see if any of the four pads is worn to the backing plate, or if the friction material has separated from the backing plate.
My guess is the outer right front pad has separated. The centripetal acceleration when turning left is enough to move the friction material away from the disc, thus cancelling the noise. But just a guess as to which pad is faulty.
