Absolutely replace them.
I did it on three different 9-5s this year. Make sure you have the necessary tool to hold the ball assembly while you remove the locking nut. The Meyles seem like good value for money. The car of the three with 187,000 miles had the least wear on 'em, but I'd say they were all out of specifications.
The dilemma is, do you replace the sway bar bushings? Those are hard to get at, unless you drop the subframe - you sure don't want to shear off a mount bolt.
