Those things are a labor of love. I have the originals from my 2000 Aero wagon boxed up in my garage, waiting for the day I have the money or time to either have a shop refinish them or spend the time to do it myself. Like yours, and pretty much all of them, the clearcoat on the barrels is failing and they're pretty badly curb rashed. I've always thought they were about the nicest wheel Saab ever offered, and they even put out a small booklet about them. They're not worth a whole lot in the condition they're in. I've seen plenty of people struggle to sell a rough-looking set for $400. Refinished, they might be worth double that. One guy in our former local Saab club spent quite a bit of time redoing his. He started off refinishing them like they were done at the factory, with clear-coated barrels, but his clearcoat job failed after a year or so. I saw them after he painted them entirely silver, and they looked amazing. That's what I plan to do with mine. I'll paint them all, and be done with them. I currently have a set of cheap Discount Tire wheels on the car that look like 17" BBS CH knockoffs. They have a similar look as the BBS RK IIs, but they're still not nearly as cool
