I am not familiar with the wagon but typically it's best to remove the inner fend liner to increase access. I use a variety of spray products and find the included straw applicator a good way to reach areas. A trouble light helps. There are sometimes ways of applying from underneath or in the trunk or wagons rear compartment after the carpet liner has been removed. If the area to be sprayed is relatively clean and dry, you might consider a couple of coats of POR-15 prior to spraying corrosion inhibitor.
