The car will check if headlights, tail lights, brake lights are working. It does this based on the current draw, and since LEDs draw so little current the car "thinks" the bulb is out. (the workaround is to add a load resistor or use an LED with a built in resistor. Either will draw appropriate current to satisfy the car)
But, as far as I know, the car does not check the interior bulbs so you should be fine.
