The clockspring wiring may be acting up. There is a spare wiring harness available to fix issues with it. I have one but my issue is intermittent and not acting up now (been dormant for one year plus) I found that turning the steering wheel lock to lock while driving in a safe place at low speed could scare the problem away for a while. You may have to turn the ignition on and off to reset it. The front passenger? crash sensor can also act up but seems you have a wiring code? Next time at the U PUll, grab a front drivers sensor as a spare and a door sensor unit (i vaguely recall they are a differnt part number) if you are keep your interceptor. A bad battery can cause all sorts of strange issues so replace the battery and take it from there?
