Question about Walker and Starla 'middle silencer'

I am in the process of getting the ‘middle exhaust pipe/silencer’ for my 2004 9-5 arc.
I contacted esaabpart and they have a ‘Walker brand’ but the picture on the website looked like either a Starla or Borla.

I contacted them and they sent me a picture of what they carry. It is made by walker ‘for saab’ (according to the sales person) and stamped on the silencer is: Fono / Walker, 360228, and it has a paper tag that states: 32019362. When I search 32019362 it comes up as Starla. So what gives?? Who makes this bloody thing?

The Walker website shows a P/N 47795 and according to the esaab parts guy ‘it is a different silencer’

The picture of the 47795 looks a lot like what is currently on the car – the OE saab silencer.
I am having a hard time figuring out the difference between the two what to get.
The esaab part is $145 and the walker part is $190 usd.
Help/suggestions/insight please?
