A couple years ago, I had the same problem: those Torx screws were really rusty, and after a few shots of PB Blaster, I was finally able to get them out. I replaced them with ordinary stainless Phillips head screws for the local hardware store. A couple weeks ago, one of the bulbs was burned out. The new screws came out effortlessly - no rust at all after maybe 3 years. Since the screws aren't visible, no big deal replacing the original black anodized ones with stainless steel.
