I had Saabradio rebuild the radios in both of my Saab 9000s. (I also prefer the look of the factory stereo.) The owner, Wasyl Zadorozny, is a real standup guy and does excellent work. However it's a busy shop and you have to be prepared for a turnaround time of about two months.
What I did to obtain some modern features such as bluetooth connectivity and playback from USB flash drive and micro-SD card was to use one of these inexpensive FM transmitters that plugs into the cigarette lighter:
TeckNet Bluetooth FM Transmitter for Car, Auto Search FM Channel 1.8" Color Screen Radio Adapter with QC3.0 & 5V/2.4A Charging, Support USB Flash Drive, microSD, Aux, EQ, Wireless Handsfree Car Kit
