I am seeing an aftermarket 20mm rear bar for sale from various places. Judging from the white color it appears to be made by Ultra Racing. If you go this route, please let us know your experiences.
That being said, the best handling 9-5 I've owned was my 2000 2.3 "small t" that I put a used Aero suspension on with used 2006+ sway bars and all new bushings and spring spacers to correct ride height. With 17" Klingons, of course- which are now on my Dame Edna.
