Thanks Gene. It is in and working. No sign of leaks or issues.
I guess you mean of course the white plastic tabs incorporated into the top of the pump.
I think I did read somewhere that they used to break off.
I was aware that the screwed-on bracket was a later fix.
What I didnt know was that there was a further, later fix in the new pumps.
(I'm only writing/confirming this for the sake of future Saab patients who may share my lack of knowledge.)
