Finally had a chance to take a closer look at this. One of my kids reported the high beams would not stay on - had to hold in stalk.
On this wagon, no matter what you do with the headlight switch, the main headlights stay on. Somehow, the headlight switch got turned to the off position - and the high beams responded accordingly. Once I changed the switch position to on, the high beams toggle normally from the stalk.
Is the main headlight default setting to have the headlights remain on regardless of switch position? Some kind of DRL thing? On my '01 Aero, if you turn the headlight switch to off, the headlights indeed, go off. I don't think anyone messed with the wagon's light settings via the Tech II, but not certain.
