Sway Bar Link removal

I have read on this board that the R&R of the sway bar links is "easy" but I would like some tips on how to best to get that very tight bottom bolt loose.
There really is not much room to get that thing off.
I have the car on stands. Am I missing something?
I am aware of the youtube method (angle grinder) but it is not rusted at all so I wonder the best "legit" way to get at the thing.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
