Hi, thanx for the the thoughts. I used the screw driver to to see if the motor just poops out short of full closure but it's at the max already and the front edge of the glass is up and tight to the body. What's not is the aft end getting pressed up to the roof to seal it. You know it has to drop down subtly when opened to allow it to slide under the roof and into the headliner. Looking at the front air dam everything looks ok and it folds and opens seemingly as it should when the roof is operated by the motor. Is there some kind of a spring on the aft end that when the window gets there it it springs the glass up to the roof to seal? finding this diagram on Jim Ellis' TERRIFIC web site jimellissaabparts.com, there is this exploded view but I can't see a specific mechanism for that after end action. (part #9 looks like it would do that but I can't tell buy the pic where exactly that part goes. Any other thoughts from the Saabonauts out here? Thanx!
